Tutti Frutti Smoothie
Prep Time:  10 minutes
Cook Time:  4 minutes

When I'm craving milkshakes, 99% of the time a thick and creamy Tutti Frutti Smoothie hits the spot. I used to buy smoothies when I was out and about thinking I was making a smart choice. But when I learned that they have between 500 and 900 calories a pop, I started making my own. Don't let your kids see you adding the tofu and they'll never know they're eating something "healthy."

Ingredients:

1 cup chopped strawberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup sliced banana
1 1/4 cups pineapple
1/2 cup silken or firm tofu
2 cups ice cubes

In a blender, combine strawberries, blueberries, banana, and pineapple until smooth. Add tofu and ice cubes and liquefy. Serve immediately.

Servings: 6
