When I'm craving milkshakes, 99% of the time a thick and creamy Tutti Frutti Smoothie hits the spot. I used to buy smoothies when I was out and about thinking I was making a smart choice. But when I learned that they have between 500 and 900 calories a pop, I started making my own. Don't let your kids see you adding the tofu and they'll never know they're eating something "healthy."
Ingredients:
| 1 | cup chopped strawberries |
| 1 | cup fresh blueberries |
| 1/2 | cup sliced banana |
| 1 1/4 | cups pineapple |
| 1/2 | cup silken or firm tofu |
| 2 | cups ice cubes |
| | In
a blender, combine strawberries, blueberries, banana, and pineapple until
smooth. Add tofu and ice cubes and liquefy. Serve immediately. |
