It's week 62. What exercises are people planning/doing this week?

Over the weekend, I must have burned off a lot of calories worrying about my precious doggy. The problem turned out to be a yeast infected ear, which is pretty much a best-case diagnosis. Now, if I can master the treatment technique...

I just wanted to take a peek in here. It looks great! Sheriva - you totally rock!!! It was good to see you still actively in this weekly exercise thing after all this time. Here I used to be the cheerleader and now I won't even hit the site because I've fallen so far off the wagon. Well, I just thought I would let you know you're a true inspiration! Thank you for your faithfulness to yourself and to everyone else here.

Friday: Mowing the front yard, the step-equivalent of 1.57 miles.

monday - 20 minutes eliptical machine
tuesday - 45 min yoga fitness class
thursday - 60 min yoga class
weekend - yard mowing

Tuesday 1 hour yoga done.
Wednesday 30 minutes of Dance Dance Revolution done.
Thursday plan, either 30-40 minutes of DDR or the exercise bike.

Wednesday: 2-mile Walk Away the Pounds (30 mins.)

Thursday: Pilates & yoga core work (20 mins.)
