Good for you, Dawn! Embrace this gift! Stay in tune to your feelings, ask for help when you need it, learn to recognize negative emotions (frustration, boredom, hopelessness) as an opportunity to make positive change. Don't give in to the blues. You can do this!

I was pretty sure that was the case! Enjoy the gym.

There are so many days when I miss the gym so much. It's been about two years since I last was a member of one. I miss the socialness of the gym and the ability to mindlessly follow along to a real person in an aerobics class.

Then I remember why I don't go to the gym...the schedule of classes never fit my schedule. If I could have on-demand aerobics classes, I'd be back at the gym in a flash. Sigh...the good old days...

Enjoy what you're doing, because it's for you. And you are important. That really helped me to stick to the aerobics even today.

You don't need luck... Luck is random and out of your control. Luck is the lottery.

You'll have to make your own "luck". Plans are way better than luck when it comes to making use of the gym Smiler.

PS - women speak in terms of luck more than men. If a woman does well on a test, she is likely to say that she was "lucky". Men say they studied hard.

How fun, Dawn!!!! I can't wait for our gym to open! We joined back in September, but it won't open until March (possibly April).

Blessings,
