Well I took her back into the school nurse, just to see if I was on the right track.. she said I had gotten 90% of them.. I guess these are nymphs... so small... not like the sesame seed ones.. my eyes are starting to cross... thanks for all the advice...

I've known people who use tea tree oil or lavender essential oils to treat lice. Just comb it thru with that little comb that comes with the rid, or a really close toothed comb. You can get the tea tree oil at walmart, and the lavender at any health food store. Make sure it says pure essential oil tho. The tea tree you may want to dilute with olive or corn oil but the lavender you can use straight out of the bottle. It is one of the very few you can actually use straight on babies. (First stuff my kids had on them after they were born was a lavender bath, and then lavender essential oil on the cord stump) But Im starting to ramble. EIther of those are things I've heard that work really well. I'm sorry you are having to go thru this. THere were some girls in my dorm that brought lice to our dorm. We had a study session/slumber party in the upstairs lounge so we were all itching whether we had them or not. It's just a nasty feeling like walking thru a big cobweb or seeing an ant crawling on you. I hope you are able to get all of them gone really soon. Nisha
The day was great.. Stacey is yet back home for another day... I finally saw what she has been seeing.. it is not like any lice I have seen before.. about twice the size of pepper out of a pepper shaker.. that small... when I managed a hair salon, they were about the size of a sesame seed.. gray... I was ready to start tearing up.. she said don't be upset.. she has the lightest case I have ever seen and no nits.. oh thanks.... back to the drawing board.. I am trying mayo and plastic wrap.. since the $15 stuff didn't work.. sorry to vent..Cindy
