I wanted to post what my plan of action is so I can be even more accountable to myself.
Today/Sunday-20 min. walk outside and probaly 10-20 more on the treadmill tonight
Monday-Cardio at gym--elliptical
Tuesday-Swim and weights--Meet with trainer too
Wednesday-Yoga
Thursday-Swim and weights
Friday-Cardio at gym-elliptical
I was thinking today about how I am happy with my elliptical work, but I do not want to get burned out of it. So I am going to try this mix up with the swimming during the week.
I am hoping by meeting with the trainer he/she will show me more of what I can do.
