I belonged to one years ago in Houston...I liked it. I was working retail, and often not out of work until 10pm or so, and it was nice to have a place to work out.
To contrast, I'm now out the door and driving to work between 5:30 and 5:45 am, but there are no clubs around me that open earlier than 5am.
Challenge Goals: *10 minutes of unplanned exercise five times a week *Gym time twice a week *Socialize at least once every two weeks.
We don't have any 24 hr fitness places nearby but in Philly they have them. It is weird to drive by late at night and see people working out. Alot of the places have big windows and are very near the major highways so you can see people in there on the treadmill. I went to Curves for a while, became very bored. I like the regular gym, more variety.
