Weight 207 (it was 205 on Monday) According to Fitday. Calories consumed: 1567 Calories burned: 2594 Curves for 30 min. I didn't make it to the Y yesterday and I thought that it was a bad day but the numbers don't look all that bad. Because we overslept this morning we were in such a rush that I had to wait till I got back from the Y to post yesterday's info.
1. do 4 laps on walking track without "resting" 2. do 1 mile (17laps) in 20 minutes (3miles per hour)
