I will watch this one with interest. I am beefy enough and want to maintain my strength and work on burning off the blubber over the muscles.

I'm definitely at a place where I want to maintain my current muscle definition and not add any extra bulk. For my upper body I lift between 20 - 30 pounds depending on the muscle group. For lower body, 70 - 90 pounds. BTW, this is using free weights, not the machines.
