I'm tired, its cold, I'm hormonal, lonely and feeling depressed. I don't want to go in to work with 'Smokey', and I'm just feeling very raggedy. I don't have a tree, I don't feel I've accomplished anything.

I'm just feeling FAT. I know I've lost weight, but some clothes seem to fit worse than before, and nothing looks good when I go out shopping!

(sorry to dump and whine, its just not a good day somehow)

don't feel bad it is better to sayit and get it out inthe open and off your chest it does help trust me. Ihave been on a low since the beining of November after a long, messy and ugly breakup. He tried to take my best friend in the world from me. My King Yorkie Terrior he also left me holding a mortgae in Mexico. So needless to say for about two weeks my eating habits went into the drink. ut I started lloking at things and going ok I can do one of two things whine and complain and eat myself into oblivion or ick myself up and get back on track. Wel getting back on track has worked I have also lost the 15 lbs I put on during the two weeks.

HUGS, Cate. Do s omething special for you....something that YOU enjoy....not all of us can be happy and joyful at the holidays --- I know for a fact and experience. With the days being longer and less sun, that does affect our moods, too. If it continues for more than 30 days or gets worse, talk to someone, you deserve to be a tad happy most of the time.


Summer Challenge Goals:

1. Get out of the house and in the pool four days a week.
2. Schedule meals a week at a time.
3. five fruits and vegetables a day, along with water.

Hugs, Cate. Sometimes it seems it's easier to get the blues in the midst of holiday cheer than at any other time of year. Can you think of just one thing you can do to help yourself feel a little better? Like, maybe, take a walk outside during your break at work. Gets you away from Smokey and gives you a little exercise boost, not to mention some quiet time.

cate, hang in there. the day will pass quickly. tomorrow will be different. thinking of you.


Goals:
1. Stop thinking like a chronic dieter and start living to inspire.
2. HALT (hungry, anxious, lonely, tired) I will stop and tune in with myself should I experience these things, and respond with something healthy.
3. One word 2008: courage
4. Eat slow and mindfully.
