Saturday: Get Ripped DVD (30 mins.)

I still can't do much weight training, so during this workout which is a combination of high-rep weight training and lower body toning, I did a combination of weight training, WATP moves and Latin dance moves.

We're shoveling here too! I must say--- the snow is beautiful on the trees.

Wednesday: Tamilee Webb Abs 1 - 15 mins.

For 3 weeks, I have set a workout alarm on one workday and for 2 of those weeks, I turned off the alarm and went back to sleep, but today, I got up...and not only got up, but got up on the first vs. the second alarm and got up with no complaints. I only did 15 minutes of ab work, but that is more exercise on a weekday than I have done in about 2 months, so I am very very happy. It is my first baby step toward working my way back to more regular exercise.

Saturday & Sunday: emptied all of the furniture from the living room, washed all of the walls, painted, and vacuumed. I'm pretty sure this counts as exercise, since I am darned sore today.

Monday plan 1 hour bellydancing.
