Bittersweet chocolate has been a favorite of mine for a long time. Because of my nut allergy, I have to be really careful with sweets, candy and chocolate, so I focus on the quality bittersweet with at least 70% cocoa. The downside is, there's a lot of fat in that kind of chocolate - 40-50% in fact. I think my fave 86% has over 50%. When I look at the wrapper, I think "Sheesh" but then I put a bite in my mouth and it really is worth it.
