Forgot to post yesterday. I am still mid maint. range- not flirting with the top every week. Ate out last night, but was only up 1/2 pound this morning.
I was at my current lowest (mid to high 130s), but today I'm up one thanks to eating out last night.
I've been wearing my skinny jeans a couple of times, but it's not very encouraging to have them still so tight at the waist, so I'll have to put them on hold for now.

163.8 - 164.2, which is back where I was before I went to Ohio.
Rest of Summer Goals: 1. Exercise-Cardio: Min. 2-3 walking or DVD cardio workouts per week. 2. Exercise-Weights/Toning: Min. 1 weight plus 1 toning workout per week. 3. Food: Get those veggie servings back up to where they were! 4. Behavior: Start reducing sweets now that the automatic after-meal response is better.

Saturday morning I hit 203.5 which I thought was some sort of evil scale trick, it was also 6 in the morning which is way too early for me, I thought my eyes might be playing tricks as well.
But this morning it was 204. This means I am a pound and a half below my lowest sick weight, and a total of 7 pounds below where I started at the beginning of the summer. Woo Hoo! Now it seems like I really might make it below 200. 5 pounds seems much less daunting than 12.
