I'm trying to get myself back on track today. I did a lot of grazing on Saturday and Sunday. It was only on fruit trail mix and then on pretzels, but it was still not in my plan. I was just really hungry, or maybe I was bored. I need to do something about that so I can tell the difference.

On a good note, I did do well when we went to a buffet for lunch. Had a bowl of minestrone soup, a big salad with low-fat dressing and a plate of green beans and carrots. Also, a bowl of fat-free strawberry yogurt! Yum!

Today, April 5th:
B-soy oatmeal with raspberries, 1 tsp. brown sugar, 1/4 cup skim milk.
S-just barely thawed raspberries and blueberries!
l-vegie rice bowl
s-probably yogurt, or maybe trail mix with pretzels
d- no idea!

Exercise:
walk to and from school 2x: probably 1 mile total.
2 mile watp and a firm up fast video

90 day goal: 4 days of cardio, 3 days of strength training each week.

Sounds like a good plan! I have little restraint at buffets and am inpressed with what you ate (and did not eat.)

Boy, I did not mean to post this here. I thought I was in the "what's for dinner"? folder.

Sorry!

But since I'm here. I got these two tapes from the library and really like them. The 2 mile walk is more intense than the newer tapes I have.

They are:

Walkaerobics Two Mile Walk with Leslie Sansone (1996)

Walkaerobics Firm Up Fast with Leslie Sansone (1996)

90 day goal: 4 days of cardio, 3 days of strength training each week.
