I didn't actually participate but I seem to remember it was increased by 1 weekly. Since I am in better condition now than I was then, I might actually try it this time  , if it gets going again. I exceeded by #1 goal of doing 4 laps without stopping and yesterday I did 3 miles without stopping  . It may be a while before I can reach #2, 1 mile in 20 minutes, but I did do 1 mile in 30 minutes (instead of 35min) today.

I'm feeling like I've reincorporated my challenge goals comfortably back into my life so I won't gone on further. This was just what I need though!
