Sorry again everyone...I COMPLETELY forgot to post the Week 7 Check-In at the BEGINNING of week 7 so here it is almost at the end. It seems that interest in the Challenge and posting in the Challenge threads has waned, so I'm going to assume that most folks don't want to continue past the 7 weeks. However, if you do, please post here and if we have enough folks to go on, I'd be willing to do that.


Personal Healthy Habits Challenge - 10/1 to 12/31/08:
1. Exercise: Get back to consistently working out 3-5 X week.
2. Food: Get back to consistently preparing healthy lunches for the week with increased veg servings.
3. Behavior: Reduce intake of sweets.

I didn't actually participate but I seem to remember it was increased by 1 weekly. Since I am in better condition now than I was then, I might actually try it this time Wink, if it gets going again.

I exceeded by #1 goal of doing 4 laps without stopping and yesterday I did 3 miles without stopping Big Grin. It may be a while before I can reach #2, 1 mile in 20 minutes, but I did do 1 mile in 30 minutes (instead of 35min) today.

I was thinking about maybe trying to get our +1 challenge on crunches and/or pushups going again. Any interest from folks on that one? I can't remember, did we do one more per day or one more per week?

I'm feeling like I've reincorporated my challenge goals comfortably back into my life so I won't gone on further.
