Since the homework this morning I have had goals on my mind. Thinking about my food this weekend I have 2 goals that go hand in hand.
1. I want to slow down-eat mindfully. 2. I want to enjoy my food. (I have noticed that since last week's stress, I am back to fast, efficient eating without enjoyment.)
I will be happy to make goal the next 2 days.
How about you all? What do you want to accomplish in the next 2 days?
Dinner went much better. I remembered my post just after lunch and slowed down a lot. I made a cucumber salad and loved it. I also had kd's taco casserole and ate sort of slowly. Room to improve, but on the right track.
Meals tomorrow are planned. Keeping my goal in mind... More to report tomorrow...
Saturday lunch: I ate it in record time and barely tasted anything. Hoping to keep my goal in mind for dinner. Amazing how quickly I forget what matters to me.
My goal is just to stay on track in the eating and exercising department. I also want DH, DS and myself to get some swimming in this weekend (weather permitting).
I also want to have more "family fun" time (see above) over the next couple of days. It would be nice for us to do something a little different this weekend...Hmmmm...I'll have to think of something.
The next two days I want to stick with my meal plan. Be consistent with myself as far as food is concerned. I am either eating healthy or not. In order to form the habit again, I MUST get on the plan and stick with it....so this weekend is the start of that habit of eating healthy.
It's never too late to get it right.
