Tuesday: My arms were still really sore, so I only did my crunches. Didn't get to do my walk because a meeting ate up my whole morning. If I don't get out by 10am, it's already unbearably hot. We're topping 102 today. Ackkkk

Wednesday: GF and I called in "sick" and worked on unpacking and organizing.

Thursday: Repair guy came by this morning, didn't do my exercies. I'm heading out for my walk now. GF wants to workout with me, and we have plans to start today after work. Yay!

If I'm motivated tonight, I'd like to go get air in my bike tires so I can ride in on Friday, since it's casual day.

GF offered to pick me up in the afternoon, since it's so hot. Might be a good idea, at least in the summer. Come Fall, my endurance should be better, and it'll be cooler.

I actually walked my 3/10 outside today. it was raining and I didn't care, all that mattered was not having to do it at the mall Big Grin

I did my crunches when I got up this morning.

Got a new CD in the mail yesterday and the time on the machine went very fast - plus I pushed myself just a little harder. Great workout!

Ok i'm doing better today. At least I can form sentances. I looked at yesterdays post and it looks like gibberish. I actually have a day off tomorrow, but shhhhh if they find out they will make me go in. Anyways I was able to get in my 3/10 mile in and i didn't have to walk in circles around they table in the back room. I did my crunches when I got home.

Tuesday:
3 crunches, 3 push ups, eliptical machine 35 mins all done Smiler

PS I soooo did not want to do that eliptical machine today. I got some enthusiasm about 7 mins into it and glad I did it. Didn't do any intervals, but I done good.

50 crunches done, walking, no. I was doing a floor move at the store today and did not get to sit down at all, so I'm pretty sure I got it in.
