I really didn't want to start this thread today in the face of my last two horrible eating days and all the salt I've ingested but in an effort to stay honest and real, here goes....
I regained the two pounds I lost last week : (

Personal Healthy Habits Challenge - 10/1 to 12/31/08: 1. Exercise: Get back to consistently working out 3-5 X week. 2. Food: Get back to consistently preparing healthy lunches for the week with increased veg servings. 3. Behavior: Reduce intake of sweets.

206.8 this week. Don't remember what it was last week and don't have time to look it up right now. I will edit this when I get back and find out last weeks figure.
I never did find last Wednesday's figures. I know Sat. was 106something because I posted 206 on the National Body Challenge virtual weigh-in.
