I lost 2 pounds today (water going bye bye I'm sure) but I sure like today's number better than yesterday's!

My scale says I'm going down...my measurements, however, are going up... Eeker

wierd, very wierd...

Life is like a roller coaster, with lots of ups and downs, but the curves, spirals, loops and corkscrews are what make life interesting.

Yea! The scale is moving in the right direction again. This is a new trend since before the holidays.

I lost exactly 2 pounds!

Had a scare yesterday... weighed in at 144.5! Crazy what a difference clothing and some canned soup (sodium!) makes.

206.8 this week.
Don't remember what it was last week and don't have time to look it up right now.
I will edit this when I get back and find out last weeks figure.

I never did find last Wednesday's figures. I know Sat. was 106something because I posted 206 on the National Body Challenge virtual weigh-in.
