I believe in last month's Cooking Light magazine in the back a reader posted her lighter version of mousaka (i am mispelling this I am sure)....I can't find my magazine anywhere. Could someone help me and post this for me? I would really appreciate it.

BTW, speaking of magazine with good recipes, I recently received a copy of Taste of Home-Healthy Cooking Magazine, most likely from one of the dozen or so people to whom I gave gift subsciptions to Cooking Light magazine. Fantastic recipes, so many of them (75 or so each issue), and they're totally reduced calorie, not just low fat like cooking light recipes tend to be.
