Hi everyone! I'm new to Kathleen's site and it looks terrific! I'm currently on Weight Watchers and have lost 9 lbs. in a month. My joy is working out and cooking and I've tried many recipes from FN shows. Kathleen's advice about goal setting in baby steps is encouraging and motivating me to finally lose the weight I've been wanting to. I look forward to learning more about you all and sharing in the future! Jane

Great job losing the 9lbs. Losing anything is a great start keep up the Great Work!!

At least 45 minutes or more of exercise daily
Get my water intake in
journal
stay motivated
*If I splurge make ammends by exercisng more.
*Eat smaller portions
*NO LATE MUNCHING AFTER 10PM. My Hubby's idea

Goals:
1. Exercise-Cardio: 2-3 walking or DVD cardio workouts per week.
2. Exercise-Weights/Toning: 1-2 weight plus 1 toning workout per week.
3. Food: Increase veggie servings back to where they were.
4. Behavior: Reduce sweets.
