I'm good. 1-2 pounds higher than my current lowest, but as long as I don't go past a certain mark, I'm satisfied. This puts me in the mid-130s with maybe 5 lbs to go.

Judy, That is awesome!!! You should be very proud. You motivate me to keep exercising! I am up. Christmas cookie baking and "tasting" have caught up with me  and it is close to that TOM so hopefully with clean eating this week and working out I will see a decline in that number. Jill
