I haven't used chipotle peppers in a very long time and I don't remember what the best way to store the remainder of the can is. I know that I can freeze the individual peppers with some adobo, but how long will they stay in the fridge?

actually they will last months in the refrigerator which, in my opinion, make them a great value. Sometimes I just add a touch of the sauce to things like spaghetti sauce or black beans. It makes anything quick cooked taste like it took you all day.

enjoy!

My guess is up to two weeks in the fridge as they are quite acidic with some salt.

My guess is that they would keep at least a week, probably more. But it's just a guess.
