I went to the Y twice. AM-2 miles (boy did I want to quit after the first mile and a half but I kept going) PM-2 miles with no problems.
*Since I had salmon on Wednesday night, I am wondering if this was due to water retention. I poach my salmon in water, low sodium teriyaki sauce & low sodium soy sauce. According to fitday my sodium was under 1200 for the day.

My thoughts exactly! Congrats. P.S. My guess is that staying on track now will mean that the next 2-3 pounds will come of pretty easily. At least that's been my experience.
