Weight 206 ( Frowner sodium?)*

According to Fitday.
Calories consumed: 1307
Calories burned: 2478

I went to the Y twice.
AM-2 miles (boy did I want to quit after the first mile and a half but I kept going)
PM-2 miles with no problems.


*Since I had salmon on Wednesday night, I am wondering if this was due to water retention. I poach my salmon in water, low sodium teriyaki sauce & low sodium soy sauce. According to fitday my sodium was under 1200 for the day.

(PS- this morning I weigh 203 Big Grin )

Congrats.
P.S. My guess is that staying on track now will mean that the next 2-3 pounds will come of pretty easily. At least that's been my experience.
