My laptop died this morning : (
The darn thing is less than 2 years old!

I'm so used to being able to easily log on to the board to distract myself in times of stress, boredom or just the desire to snack that I'm not sure what I'm going to do with myself.

Thank goodness our ancient desk top still works but it is painfully slow and not in a convenient location so I know that I won't be on very much.

Here's the plan to get through the rest of today if I start to struggle:
1. Stick to the food plan!
2. Read a book
3. Journal if need be
4. Go outside with dd for some extra exercise
5. Get on this relic and sign on if need be

Tonight will end up being a real challenge as my dh isn't home. If need be, I'll go up the road and get a crossword puzzle book. That'll keep me busy!

The rest of the week is busier and I won't be home as much so it should be easier. Hopefully the lap top will be fixed by the weekend.

The icing on the cake is that I'm feeling as old as my desk top this morning. My achiles got re-stressed last week sprinting with sleds, now my knee has started acting up again and this morning I have a pretty intense pain in my shoulder. Seems like I'm getting a pretty clear message from my body that I need to back off a bit on the intense exercise.

(Thanks for listening to my whine).

Out of our beliefs are born deeds; out of our deeds we form habits; out of our habits grows our character; and on our character we build our destiny.

Sorry, I've tried, but I don't speak pirate very well.

Sorry about your laptop, Bee, but it sounds like you've come up with a great plan for today.

I hope that your laptop is repaired soon and that your own aches and pains subside. Perhaps easing up a bit on the intense exercise is a good idea. Take care of yourself!!
