rsday: 41 min / 2.20 min / 3% grade??? treadmill

Stats are estimated. I was aiming for 45 minutes, but we tripped a breaker and lost power.

I woke up with a head cold / allergies yesterday, so I kept it to just walking.

I did no intentional exercise today as I overslept for work, but I had to go to a meeting downtown and, instead of taking a cab from where the shuttle left me off to the building where the meeting was, I walked both ways to and from the meeting. It was a really hot and humid day, so I definitely felt like I got some calories burned and did some sweating!

did some situps this morning and went for a walk. My knee has started bothering me more often, not sure what is going on....there's a lot of bending and kneeling in the kids section...so that may be part of the problem.

You seemed so down, I was worried about your sheltie. Glad you are both ok... well except for the dental work. Sending good thoughts in your direction!

I'm fine. My Sheltie is fine, but I worry about a future dental.

A walk in the park usually perks me up, but the weather has been really gloomy lately.

Are you ok, Sheltie? Is your dog ok?

Just sort of worried about you...

Tuesday: 3.21 miles "parkwalking", for a season total of 147.63 miles.

a sad grey sky cries sheets of mist
crickets murmur
crows caw in the distance
restless leaves rustle rhythmically in the wind
bedraggled vegetation past it’s prime

1 hour bellydancing class done! That's two hours of exercise in one day. I can't believe it.

The bellydancing class was quite fun, and definitely a workout. I was sweating. I am not the worlds most coordinated person, but I think I did alright. I am sure that I am going to hurt in places I did not know I had tomorrow. But for now I'm feeling alright.

And a nice NSV, I was really suprised when the hour was up, I had no idea that it was time to go, I was ready to keep on dancing. A year and a half ago, I don't think that would have been the case. Woo HOoo!!!!

This is one of the first times I've ever gone over 10,000 steps on my pedometer on a single walk! YEA!!!!
