Has anyone bought Dr Oz's new book "...waist management."? any thoughts? worth buying?


Goals:
1. Stop thinking like a chronic dieter and start living to inspire.
2. HALT (hungry, anxious, lonely, tired) I will stop and tune in with myself should I experience these things, and respond with something healthy.
3. One word 2008: courage
4. Eat slow and mindfully.

i am with you. no more forbidding food groups. it does not work with me.


Goals:

In looking at Oprah's web site, it's another no-white-food fad diet, that includes a "banned from your diet forever" list of ingredients/foods.

So much for moderation or common sense.

don't blame you. i think i have done enough reading, i just need to take action and stick to it. just been hearing lots about him and his new book and was curious if others had any thoughts.

I saw him when he was on Oprah, promoting his book. I love the title "waist management". I don't plan to buy it. Nothing against him. From the show, I gathered it says about the same thing as most doctors/articles on how to lose weight. I might check it out from the library when it becomes available.
