Has anyone bought Dr Oz's new book "...waist management."? any thoughts? worth buying?

don't blame you. i think i have done enough reading, i just need to take action and stick to it. just been hearing lots about him and his new book and was curious if others had any thoughts.

I saw him when he was on Oprah, promoting his book. I love the title "waist management". I don't plan to buy it. Nothing against him. From the show, I gathered it says about the same thing as most doctors/articles on how to lose weight. I might check it out from the library when it becomes available.
