Hey Diana, I know you are sitting down to the GRE right now. I am thinking of you and sending you my best wishes and thoughts!!!
Goals: 1. Stop thinking like a chronic dieter and start living to inspire. 2. HALT (hungry, anxious, lonely, tired) I will stop and tune in with myself should I experience these things, and respond with something healthy. 3. One word 2008: courage 4. Eat slow and mindfully.
Does the re-make that my American Idol crush released on iTunes this week of Neil Diamond's "I'm Alive" count?
But every day, there's a brand new baby born And every day, there's a sun to keep you warm And it's alright, yeah, it's alright I'm alive! And I don't care much for words of doom If it's love you want, I got the room It's a simple thing that came to me when I found you... I'm alive!
I'm only 34, but I can dork it up with the best of 'em!
Challenge Goals: *10 minutes of unplanned exercise five times a week *Gym time twice a week *Socialize at least once every two weeks.

Originally posted by D in St Pete: Hee, thanks y'all My appointment was for noon, I got there a little early and they let me start (it's all on the computer); I scored significantly higher than average on both parts, which should get me into the program I want, or just about any other. The essays are hand-graded and those scores will come in the mail.
So glad it's over. There's a bottle of SauvBlanc chilling, and I already had an artichoke/tomato pasta planned for tonight (the boyfriend left yesterday for his annual boys' week o' golf). I'm getting the laundry done so I can take a few bags of things to Goodwill tomorrow before I go to the mall.
And a Netflix *I* ordered came today, so I'm all set for a nice, relaxing, non-studying evening! Thanks again for the well wishes...I was calm, focused, and without doubt that I was doing well as I took it
YEAH!!! That is great news and it sounds like you have an awesome weekend planned!!
