So today's homework is about taking time for you, to do what you love and recharge. Since yesterdays homework was about being busy and accomplishing productive things.

So, how do you take time for you? To recharge and rejuvenate yourself?

I hadn't read the homework yet, but I just took a bubble bath with my favorite lavender bubble bath and a glass of wine.

I feel good. I flew back from the Detroit area today, and am really tired from staying up WAY too late visiting with relatives last night, and then not sleeping well because the house where I stayed had a smoke-detector with a dead battery. BEEP, BEEP, BEEP...all night.

I do feel nice now though and will go to bed early.

Getting to the gym this AM was me time. I did not rush and was present to the workout.

Walking and running is so much more than exercise for me. I love the outdoors and running is ME time!!!

I also love to soak in a warm bubble bath at the end of the day; I can't get a "long" soak in most nights, but it is so wonderful when I can. I also love reading in the bathtub when time allows.

Today, I am going to curl up with a pot of hot tea and a good book, and just spend some quality time with me. Mother's day is a tough day for me anyway, (and there was an incident at church which made it harder), so I am going to pamper myself this afternoon. Its been a crazy week.
