or I guess I should say my EX-favorite radio station.
They have canned their best DJ, Rhubarb Jones (along with a lot of other really good ones). He has been on there since 1985.
I have listened to that station for almost 30 years and dd has never known anything else but as of today we are no longer Loyal Listeners (we cancelled that today) and we are switching over to The Bull.

Something similar happened here a few years ago. My favorite station completely changed format, overnight, with no notice. When I put on Y-100 in the morning expecting to hear my favorite morning show I instead am hearing rap music!! Luckily, all the DJ's from that station were picked up by an even bigger station in Philly. It took a while, and I was forced to listen to some mediocre morning show, but after about 6 months my favorites were back on air. So, let's hope someone down there in Atlanta knows and recognizes this guy's talent and picks him up! I know many people, including myself, sent email after email to whomever we could to get these guys back on the air and it worked and now they are bigger and better than ever.
