I just received an email that Kashi now offers cereals for Kids. I haven't seen it in the stores around here yet but I will look for it. Here is the link:

Thanks for the info. My kids love cereal (usually rasin bran). I like most of what I see on the label so I think that we will give it a try!

We've tried the Mighty Bites. I threw half of the box away. Dd did not like them.

I WISH dd was a cereal eater. She prefers toast, yogurt, my muffins or even leftovers from the night before.

Cereal seems so much easier...

Maybe this is a function of her being an only child- she has the option to not have cereal. As a kid we simply ate the cereal that was on the table.

I've bought both the Honey and Cinnamon flavors. DD won't touch it (she's becoming unnervingly finnicky), but DS loves them both. He eats them dry, sometimes with a spoon, and usually as a snack.


Fall goals:
1. Bike 40-50 miles a week
2. Prepare new garden bed for next season
3. Heal my back

I just bought my dd a box of Kashi Mighty Bites - honey crunch - she LOVES them.
