Once I feel ready to eat, soda crackers are one the the things that I seem to be able to handle the best.

After that, I try pasta cooked in chicken broth.

In addition to water, broth, herbal tea, and juices, you can have some jello for now.

When you start to feel a little better, you can slowly introduce plain rice (add broth for flavor), bread / toast, and bananas.

Most importantly, drink LOTS of water. You're probably getting dehydrated.

Here's to feeling much better, how do moms be sick when their kids are sick, too. Bummer. Just take care of yourself. If your stomach is upset and you can't get far from the bathroom, stay on the clear liquids, keep pumping those in and once you have quit being sick for 24 hours, you could add some very bland or soft foods. It's not a great idea to make your stomach or digestive system work overtime digesting food when it's all upset. I am not a nurse or a doc, and if it lasted longer, than two days, I'd call my doc just to check in. But I know from having queezey ones all winter, this is what they told me.

It's never too late to get it right.

I had it for four days last week also. I had just clear liquids for the most part, then slowly introduced in bland foods. Also limited the "whole grains" for a couple of days.. seemed to me fiber was the last thing my system needed Roll Eyes

Hope you are all feeling better soon.
When we have stomach stuff, I tend to stay away from food for a day or two to allow upset tummies to settle down. Clear liquids might be a place to start- broth, apple juice, water.
