This may sound like a silly question, but here goes. Where do you get your calorie counting info from? Should I buy a book or is there somewhere on line that can help? Thank you for your help!

My registered dietician gave me a booklet put out by the American Diabetes Assn. that I use, but I also use the book Calorie, Fat & Carbohydrate counter by Allan King. These are in addition to the labels on food containers. The ADA book is usually available in libraries for perusal, check with the science area of your main library.

Life is like a roller coaster, with lots of ups and downs, but the curves, spirals, loops and corkscrews are what make life interesting.
