I went to see the nutritionist yesterday. I have lost 9 lbs since last weigh in a month ago. Also, I was at 50.2% hydration. Although she has fussed at me about this in the past, I had forgotten. Typically, a hydration level of 60% is preferred.

I don't have to go see her for 6 weeks this time instead of a month! Yea!!!

She has this thing which measures the percentage of fat...it kind of looks like a microphone hooked up to a machine. I'm guessing it's doing it with an electrical signal... The read out tells my % body fat and % of water in the body.

Way to go, Serene (on both the weight loss and the "graduation" to 6 weeek visits)!


Personal Healthy Habits Challenge - 10/1 to 12/31/08:
1. Exercise: Get back to consistently working out 3-5 X week.
2. Food: Get back to consistently preparing healthy lunches for the week with increased veg servings.
3. Behavior: Reduce intake of sweets.
