I was amazed but pleased this morning to find myself in the 165s instead of the 167s that have become all to common of late.
Today: 165.2-6
Summer Se7en Challenge Goals: 1. Add back core & toning work + weight work 1X each per week to start. 2. Tackle the Sugar Monster--Have a sugar free mint after lunch and dinner, wait 20 minutes, and reassess the need for a sweet treat.

I have lost the 1.4 from last week, so now back to 6 lbs to 10%...that makes me happy. But the method wasn't really healthy. Too much NOT eating. Stress does that. But I've said, I made up salad fixings and put them in the frig, so I don't have the excuse of too much work to make up a salad not to eat. Good fruits are coming in finally, so I can eat, just to find a protein source.
Summer Challenge Goals:
1. Get out of the house and in the pool four days a week. 2. Schedule meals a week at a time. 3. five fruits and vegetables a day, along with water.

I was up 1.4 from last week. Right now I seem to be bouncing around with the same two pounds. I took the group journal -- you journal for a week in a book that everyone can see -- to keep me honest and maybe give me that little push toward goal.

I did not weigh yet this morning. I was good yesterday, but after last night's food I am likely up a pound or two. My wedding ring is tight from water retention.
1. Eat per plan each day 2. Give myself credit each day 3. Exercise 45 minutes/day 5 days/week
I'm up 1 1/2 lbs which frankly I'm surprised isn't more. I'm retaining water big time and have eaten out way too much in the past week.
summer 7 challenge goals: - Meditate every day - Start the day with positive imagery and self talk Out of our beliefs are born deeds; out of our deeds we form habits; out of our habits grows our character; and on our character we build our destiny.
