| I make better choices when: I'm not frustrated or angry. I have something rewarding to occupy me. I'm losing weight and feel slimmer. I have the time and energy to plan my food. I eat regularly and don't let my hunger get out of hand.

| I make healthy choices when: 1) I get enough sleep and am ready for the day 2) I plan menus and grocery shop and am ready 3) I exercise-for some reason exercising makes me want to eat better-I guess that I don't want to blow 1 hr. plus of gym time on a cheeseburger! 4) I feel good about myself 5) I keep "danger" foods out of reach Jill
I have no specific goal(s) right now. I am trying to find the spiritual side of myself that I lost somewhere along the way.
