We came back today to take mother to the grocery store. The house we are staying at does have a computer and internet access but for some reason it will not allow me to log in on any of the sites I frequent. I hope everybody had a good Christmas. We had a good Christmas Eve and Christmas day. We didn't go out of the house  . Just layed around in pj's all day.

Goals:
1. Stop thinking like a chronic dieter and start living to inspire.
2. HALT (hungry, anxious, lonely, tired) I will stop and tune in with myself should I experience these things, and respond with something healthy.
3. One word 2008: courage
4. Eat slow and mindfully.
