What exercises are people planning/doing this week?

Monday: A 3.65 mile walk in the park.
Based on my pedometer data:
At 142#, walking burns off 93 calories a mile.
(I should get "extra credit" for carrying a light pack, and walking up/down rolling hills.)
At my stride length, it takes 2,356 steps to walk a mile.

Monday 1 hour water aerobics done. Monday pm plan 1 hour bellydancing.
