What exercises are people planning/doing this week?

It's currently -13F with a -38F wind chill. I don't think I'll go for a walk in the park today.Smiler Overall, it's been a pretty wimpy winter, though...

I'm doing my Wal*walking. I got up to 7 laps on Monday. Maybe I'll make 4 days this time, too!

Personal Healthy Habits Challenge - 10/1 to 12/31/08:
1. Exercise: Get back to consistently working out 3-5 X week.
2. Food: Get back to consistently preparing healthy lunches for the week with increased veg servings.
3. Behavior: Reduce intake of sweets.

Sunday--20 min. walk/run on treadmill and then a 15 min. walk with "the boys" outside
