So, where is everybody? We're four weeks into the Challenge, and grrlscout and I seem to be the only ones tracking our exercise and weight loss. (Good job, BTW, grrlscout!) Granted, the site is maddeningly slow and hard to navigate, but no input at all in a month? I know you guys are doing better than that. What's up?
What can we do to jump start each other's progress?
Just to let you know. Ian is doing better. He doesn't get dizzy as often so he isn't throwing up. Changing the position of the eyes does that. Now if I could get him to sleep through the night.... The last two days all I've heard from him is "I no go doctor!" All last night is was the same thing and his calling out for me. But his eyes are looking a little better. Keeping him under the 20lb. limit for lifting gets interesting. michelle

Well, no wonder the Body Challenge is low on your priority list! Take care of yourself and your family, sweetie. We'll be here when you're ready.

Michelle - Sending good thoughts for your son's recovery.
re:scales When we started the Body Challenge I was using dd's scales to weigh. I now have my own scales at home but they weigh 5 or 6 pounds heavier than dd's scales and no way to re-set it. I am going to continue to use her scales for the Body Challenge because if I start using mine it will look like I gained weight.
For our Virtual Wednesday Weigh-in I have switched to using my own scales which I found out yesterday at the doctor's is the more accurate of the two.

I hope your son is recovering well! I also hope that things weren't too stressful for you!
Out of our beliefs are born deeds; out of our deeds we form habits; out of our habits grows our character; and on our character we build our destiny.

For some unknown reason it will not update any of Dena's information. You will notice it says her info was last updated on 12/31/69. She was not even born until 06-03-81 !
