Hello, Kathy. This is your sous chef du jour from Schuler Books in East Lansing. Thanks for the spring rolls and the company.

I've begun distributing my voice at a rate of 5 CD's per day. Any suggestions you have are most welcome. (I may be doing some work in the next month. I'm happy about that.)

As regards exercise, I'm pulling my self out of bed and walking about 1 mile per day. Now I only need to start eating more vegetable matter.

Thanks for sharing yourself with us. I could tell the audience was enjoying your show.

All steps are baby steps.

Thanks for the encouragement.

It is not always easy to keep oneself disciplined, but I've been out there every day, walking around the block, adding one block per day.
