My "weekend" started early Wink. Dd was off today so it "felt" like a Saturday. It was a crazy day. We spent 4 1/2 hours sitting at the tire store while they aligned our tires, fixed the a/c and checked a problem with the transmission.
Then we went home and picked up mother & took her shopping. Not in our original plans for the day but it had to be done to keep her from driving. We ate lunch at Sweet Tomatoes (an all you can eat salad buffet) and I only had one serving of Potato Leek Soup, 1 sweet potato & 1 serving spoon full of mac & cheese.
Then we had our once a month trivia club at The Atlanta Bread Company and I ate a bowl of Baked Potato Soup but I did not have it in a bread bowl as I usually do.

I did not get to the Y or to Curves and I have no idea how much walking we did while out with my mother.

* This is not all of it because I don't have all the #'s from Sweet Tomatoes or Atlanta Bread Company. I did NOT snack all day. Only ate during meals and did not have seconds anywhere.

** Did not do any "exercises" and don't know how to measure the walking we did during the day. I was wearing my "activity partner" from the Y. Saturday, when I go to the Y, I will be able to check and see what it registered for the day but it is NOT very accurate (IMO).

(PS: my weight is still at 204 Saturday morning Big Grin )
