My hydrostatic boby fat test indicates that my Resting Metabolic Rate is 1693. Yesteday I logged my food on Fitday for the first time in a long while and it said I ate 1694. That is what I would call coming out even . I do not get in much activity any more. I now have to stay here until daddy gets up so I can be sure his blood is checked and his insulin shot given BEFORE he eats. He did not get up until about 1pm. Then I had to wait for the Rid-A-Critter tech to come and inspect our attic and basement. We have some uninvited guests that have to be gotten rid of before we turn the basement into an efficiencey apartment for Dena.
He is up and eating his "breakfast" now and there are not any repair people scheduled for today so I am hoping I can get out a little today.

Your posts have inspired me to be more "active", even if it isn't "exercise".

It's really not a big thing to add it from recent activities, but I wondered if the program will do it daily without a prompt?
The only way, I can think of would be to tweak the resting metabolism rate.
I'm actually, sort of enjoying plugging in sleep and the time I'm laying in bed after I wake up. Or maybe "enjoy" isn't the right word. But it is interesting to me when I plug in my time in bed, and time sitting... it really makes a calorie difference.
I'm not crazy, and I'm not going to sleep 6 hours a night, just so I can be up and doing stuff. Monday, I was more active and burned 2264 calories (and maybe 300 of the calories were in "exercise"). Yesterday... sat on the couch and watched too much Michael Jackson coverage... and burned 1755.
Keeping track of time lying in bed and sitting might be almost as important as watching calories eaten.
