your should not rely only on what the scale says.

Even though my clothes are getting too big for me the scales say I have only lost 1 lb since Septermber. It has been bouncing between 193 and 195, back and forth, back and forth.

This morning I had my third hydrostatic body fat test at the Y. It shows that I have lost 3 lbs of fat and gained 2 lbs of lean weight giving me a NET loss of 1 lb on the scale since the last time it was done in September.

Today: Weight 194 -- Lean lb 116.75 -- Fat lb 77.25 -- Body Fat 39.8%

Sept: Weight 195 -- Lean lb 114.85 -- Fat lb 80.149 -- Body Fat 41.1%

June: Weight 198 -- Lean lb 111.75 -- Fat lb 86.25 -- Body Fat 43.5%

My RMR is 1648 (which is very close to what I get when I use Dr. Peake's formula).

Judy, Those are awesome numbers. That is a great increase in lean tissue! Congrats!
