Scale was down to 128 this morning and acting more "normal". Maybe my WW'er leader is right and I'm just not losing that big burst of water weight. Oh well. We'll see.
Already exercised and should be on track with food. Can't think of any reason why I wouldn't be.

That is actually an AWESOME loss of .75 to 1 pound a week. That isn't a slow loss.
Although "fast" and "slow" are relative.
If I go do 30 mins of weeding in the yard... I should be burning about 2240 calories.
And thus far, am on track to eat 1743 EDIT: ended up being 1604 calories. Dinner was less than I thought.
So, that is a good 500 636 calorie deficit, I *should* be losing about a pound a week... used to lose a pound+ a week with this kind of deficit...
Will have to see.
Going to go have a snack and make dinner.

I did a 2 miles this morning and will do 2.5 more later. Exercise is good.
Logged onto fitday. I am just over 1400 calories and my fat is just below 10%. I am on target to stay on track today.
My scale's not going down, though! My experience tells me that it takes time. I have just 2 pounds to get back in range and I am hoping that another 2-3 weeks will get me there.
