I got 'The Gluten Free Girl" for Christmas and have already ripped through a third of the book. I found this video clip on food tv. you have to click on 'gluten free girl' when it gets there.

i like it because she talks about appreciating her food. Since i started blogging some of my own success and failure food stories I think I too take extra time at eating. I don't scarf my gluten free cookies...i savor them w/ a cup of coffee. And the 'whole food' eating approach has really helped me in the calorie department. I can still pack on the lbs. way too fast but when you make most stuff from scratch- it changes things. Anyway- her video and blog.. http://glutenfreegirl.blogspot.com/ has some fun recipes. Her book is a biography mixed w/ recipes. (I also have made some pretty descent gluten free stuff and menus over the holidays if anyone else her is gluten free- check out my blog.)

Merry Christmas!

There should be an update soon, I made a chocolate cake for Gabe's birthday, and his SO is supposed to send me a pic to go on there.

There aren't many entries as of yet, but it too will grow.

Her blog actually inspired me to start my own gluten-free blog. Smiler I loved her book.
