But don't be surprised if you end up a little bit sore after the first couple of workouts. I was, just from the change in exercises and the increased number of reps compared to my pre-trainer workouts.

I actually live in the Atlanta area too and I work with personal trainers at Eclipse One-On-One.
They are awesome over there. They're located on West Wieuca.

I know that our rec center has a pretty vigorous interview process for the trainers. Hopefully you'll be pleasantly surprised with the one you meet with tomorrow.

Just don't be afraid to tell him/her if you feel you are being pushed too far.
