Nothing special to talk about. I went to the Y while dd was gone to her writer's meeting.
Dinner was tilapia cooked with just a spritz of Pam. I made my own "shake & bake" coating for it. I browned some breadcrumbs in a dry pan on top of the stove and mixed them with a little parmasan cheese. A neighbor had brought mother some home grown yellow squash and we sliced them up and pan fried them with some diced potatoes. Very little oil was used (1 TBS?) divided 4 ways.
