I've been meaning to bounce this poll back up to note that the clear preference of those who voted was to continue the Healthy Habits Challenge indefinitely or until those participating in the Challenge decide to stop. What this means to you: If you aren't currently in the Challenge, you should feel free to jump in at any time! If you are already participating in the Challenge, keep working on the habit goals you have identified and then identify new ones to work on once you get those goals accomplished. Thanks for participating in the Challenge and the poll!
Summer Se7en Challenge Goals: 1. Add back core & toning work + weight work 1X each per week to start. 2. Tackle the Sugar Monster--Have a sugar free mint after lunch and dinner, wait 20 minutes, and reassess the need for a sweet treat.
