| I did think about this more. My grandmother always dresses her potatoes for potato salad when they are warm. She makes a bacon-style dressing so it is the warm bacon/potatoes, it is delicious!
I have no specific goal(s) right now. I am trying to find the spiritual side of myself that I lost somewhere along the way.

| I'm not a huge fan of potatoes, but on the rare occasion that I make and eat potato salad, I roast the potatoes with a bit of oil and let them cool. Then I dress them just before eating. They might not get quite as soggy because of the oil coating and the roasting process. Just a thought.
Life is like a roller coaster, with lots of ups and downs, but the curves, spirals, loops and corkscrews are what make life interesting.

| On the other hand, the heat from the potatoes helps to absorb the dressing, making it more flavorful... But I am not a big potato salad fan. I would probably dress them hot, and make a bit of extra dressing to toss in when you serve them. |

| I haven't made this but I would say wait to dress the potatoes. I do think you may end up with some soggy taters. Jill
