I have a feeling the answer to this question is simple but I am making it complicated.
How do you determine how many MPH you are walking while exercising? I log my exercise on Fitday and it gives options like 2.5MPH or 3.5MPH or whatever but I don't know how I figure it out. Anyone know? Jill
I have no specific goal(s) right now. I am trying to find the spiritual side of myself that I lost somewhere along the way.
Perhaps this goes without saying, but I'll say it because I had to learn it
Get in your car and reset the odometer like you would for a trip - to zero. Now drive the distance you plan to walk. Now you know how many miles it is! Next, walk it briskly and time yourself on your watch. Without a pedometer, this is as accurate as you'll get.
